Reporting to the Project Geologist, the Exploration Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the work of the
Exploration department is completed in a safe, efficient and effective manner. The incumbent will perform
duties such as interviewing and training new employees, scheduling and supervision of employees and
contractors, KPI tracking and reporting, development and implementation of safety protocols and
procedures, core logging, prospecting, and other field work.
This position is located at the project site, working on a 14 days in / 14 days out rotation.
